Disa Service Centre (Dienssentrum), a registered non-profit in Myddleton, offers comprehensive community-based care and support services for older persons in the Myddleton community. Built on equality, respect, and freedom, we function as a community family, striving to ensure every senior has access to the care, dignity, and quality of life they deserve through a holistic approach addressing their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.

Our Journey
Founded in 2010 to address a need for senior care in Myddleton, Disa Dienssentrum has become a trusted community resource. Over a decade, we've supported countless individuals, celebrating milestones and navigating challenges together. Our history is reflected in the well-being of our members, the dedication of our volunteers, and the daily connections we foster. Today, we serve 30 active members and continue to expand our impact in Myddleton.

Our mission rests on four pillars of care: ensuring the right care through individualized assistance from trained caregivers who respect medical choices; championing participation by welcoming loved ones, maintaining transparency, and encouraging community involvement; upholding respect by providing adequate notice, protecting privacy, and treating everyone with dignity; and prioritizing safety and security by preventing abuse, maintaining accessible facilities, and safeguarding against physical threats.
